SCL 603 was part of 360 SD35 locomotives and 35 steam generator-equipped SDP35 locomotives built by EMD between 1964 and 1966. The only preserved SDP-35 is on display in Hamlet, North Carolina.
ATLAS 9293 HO scale museum-like quality Master Series Silver is equipped with a NMRA 8-pin plug and is DCC/decoder ready. Its many features include a five-pole skewed armature motor with dual flywheels for optimum performance at all scales, realistic die-cast under-frame, directional lighting, golden-white LEDs, and factory equipped AccuMate® knuckle couplers. Additional features include a detailed cab interior with crew, separately installed scale windshield wipers, metal grab irons and fine scale handrails, marker lights with separate lenses, scale fans and grille detail, flat dust bin or raised dust bin (as appropriate for this road name), and a snowplow (included but not installed).
