B&O 6906, built in late 1962, was one of 948 GP30 4-axle 2250 hp diesel locomotives produced by EMD between July 1961 and November 1963. Mostly used to haul heavy freight, many of these road switchers have been rebuilt and are still in service.
ATLAS 42913 N scale is DCC/decoder equipped and comes with a Slow Speed motor. Its many features include golden-white LEDs, directional lighting, dual brass flywheels, a low-friction mechanism, non-operating low nose H/L, factory-installed AccuMate® magnetic knuckle couplers, and accurate painting and lettering.
